Benitez Start Realistic

LIVERPOOL - Liverpool step in Premier League competition this season is looking heavy. Rafael Benitez is getting used to the up and down his club in the standings apparently began to be careful target pairs.

The Reds failed to take the position of the Big Four and even fell in ranking of seven after recording six wins, one draw and five defeats. In fact they only scored once in nine victories last fight in all competitions. Benitez admitted the team had to realistically address the poor results that nicks.

"We must be more realistic in the targets set," explained Benitez as reported by Sportinglife, Wednesday (11/11/2009).

"It's time to focus on the next game and see if we were able to crawl up in the championship rankings. After that, we can think about next steps," he said.

"We've earned six wins. If it can happen again, that our condition improves," he added.

"But the important thing now is the restoration of health of the players. Let's wait for anyone who is ready to break down after the World Cup. Hopefully we can win streak," he said.
